La diferencia es que no estamos probando un producto, sino una cultura.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>En el Laboratorio adoptamos un enfoque diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No tratamos la emoci\u00f3n como algo blando o abstracto. La tratamos como algo sist\u00e9mico, observable y dise\u00f1able utilizando un marco inspirado en la f\u00edsica y arraigado en los entornos reales en los que se desarrollan los negocios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En nuestro trabajo, conceptos como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La motivaci\u00f3n se convierte en fuerza, la energ\u00eda que hace avanzar a las personas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La confianza se convierte en estructura, la integridad que lo mantiene todo unido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La fricci\u00f3n se convierte en desalineaci\u00f3n, fuente de esfuerzos in\u00fatiles y conflictos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El impulso se convierte en un progreso que se sostiene por s\u00ed mismo a trav\u00e9s de la resistencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La empat\u00eda se convierte en resonancia, el patr\u00f3n que crea una conexi\u00f3n significativa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No son met\u00e1foras.
