De hecho, gran parte de lo que aprendemos en la universidad viene determinado por las necesidades de la industria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember558\">Por ejemplo, en mi programa de Tecnolog\u00eda Inform\u00e1tica, nos centramos mucho en Java porque est\u00e1 muy demandado en el mercado laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember559\">Dado que las propias industrias est\u00e1n siendo reconfiguradas por la IA, \u00bfc\u00f3mo cree que deber\u00eda adaptarse -o se adaptar\u00e1- el sistema educativo para seguir el ritmo de estos cambios? \u00bfDeber\u00edamos esperar cambios no solo en lo que ense\u00f1amos, sino tambi\u00e9n en c\u00f3mo lo hacemos?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember560\">Contesta:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember561\">Es una pregunta muy importante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember562\">Cada vez que llega una nueva herramienta -como Internet o los ordenadores personales- espero que la educaci\u00f3n cambie dr\u00e1sticamente. Pero hoy, nuestras aulas siguen teniendo el mismo aspecto: una pizarra, pupitres y un profesor al frente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember563\">El sistema educativo tarda en cambiar. \u00bfUna raz\u00f3n clave? La escalabilidad. Las estrategias pedag\u00f3gicas innovadoras que se adaptar\u00edan mejor a las herramientas modernas son dif\u00edciles de aplicar en una clase de 40 alumnos. Puede que los profesores quieran innovar, pero no siempre disponen del tiempo, la estructura o los recursos para hacerlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember564\">La IA es una oportunidad, si dejamos que lo sea<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember565\">La revoluci\u00f3n de la IA podr\u00eda ser un punto de inflexi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember566\">Los estudiantes disponen ahora de herramientas capaces de generar ensayos y c\u00f3digo. As\u00ed que tal vez sea hora de que <strong>dejar de poner todo el \u00e9nfasis en el producto final<\/strong> y en su lugar <strong>centrarse en el pensamiento que conduce a ella.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember567\">Deber\u00edamos animar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember568\">- Reflexi\u00f3n antes de la producci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember569\">- Pensamiento visible (preguntas, errores, revisiones)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember570\">- Ciclos de retroalimentaci\u00f3n (de compa\u00f1eros, profesores y herramientas de IA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember571\">Este cambio significa valorar el desorden del aprendizaje por encima de la perfecci\u00f3n pulida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember572\">Pero hay un problema: el tiempo y la presi\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember573\">Los estudiantes no tienen tiempo. A menudo trabajan bajo presi\u00f3n y priorizan la productividad sobre el aprendizaje en profundidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember574\">Esperan hasta el \u00faltimo minuto, abren la agenda, ven lo que hay que hacer ma\u00f1ana y ya est\u00e1. No es que no se preocupen. Est\u00e1n compaginando muchas asignaturas y responsabilidades. La productividad se convierte en supervivencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember575\">Por qu\u00e9 necesitamos una \"ense\u00f1anza lenta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember576\">Por eso los profesores deben ayudar a los alumnos a ir m\u00e1s despacio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember577\">Lo necesitamos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember578\">- Dividir los proyectos en pasos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember579\">- Permitir m\u00faltiples borradores y env\u00edos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember580\">- Centrarse en ideas iniciales imperfectas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember581\">- Orientar nuestras opiniones hacia el proceso, no s\u00f3lo hacia el producto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember582\">Esto lleva tiempo. Es dif\u00edcil. Pero es esencial, sobre todo ahora que las herramientas de IA pueden generar instant\u00e1neamente resultados de aspecto limpio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember583\">\u00bfSuceder\u00e1?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember584\">Tengo esperanzas, pero soy realista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember585\">El sistema sigue haciendo hincapi\u00e9 en las notas y el rendimiento r\u00e1pido. Seguimos ense\u00f1ando para ex\u00e1menes estandarizados como el English Exit Exam, en el que los alumnos deben escribir una redacci\u00f3n completa en pocas horas.
