El propio marco de Anthropic distingue entre usos m\u00e1s automatizados y m\u00e1s potenciadores de la IA, lo que hace que esta distinci\u00f3n sea especialmente relevante para la educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precisamente por eso el <strong>Marco REACT<\/strong> merece mayor atenci\u00f3n en la formaci\u00f3n empresarial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eductive.ca\/en\/resource\/framework-for-teaching-judgment-in-the-use-of-ai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">REACT, centrado en <strong>Raz\u00f3n, evidencia, rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, limitaciones y compensaciones<\/strong><\/a>, ofrece una respuesta pr\u00e1ctica y positiva a las nuevas realidades que surgen en el mercado laboral. Contribuye a que el uso de la IA vaya m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la simple comodidad y se convierta en una pr\u00e1ctica profesional. Ense\u00f1a a los estudiantes a justificar por qu\u00e9 utilizan la IA, a verificar los resultados que esta genera, a asumir la responsabilidad de la decisi\u00f3n final, a respetar los l\u00edmites legales y \u00e9ticos, y a reflexionar seriamente sobre lo que se puede ganar o perder en el proceso. En otras palabras, REACT ayuda a los estudiantes a desarrollar el tipo de criterio que cobra mayor valor a medida que la IA se vuelve m\u00e1s com\u00fan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto tambi\u00e9n se relaciona directamente con el objetivo m\u00e1s amplio de desarrollar <strong>complementariedad entre humanos e IA<\/strong>. Si la IA puede encargarse cada vez m\u00e1s de tareas como la redacci\u00f3n, la s\u00edntesis, el reconocimiento de patrones, las interacciones rutinarias con los clientes, la asistencia en la programaci\u00f3n y el procesamiento de informaci\u00f3n, entonces la educaci\u00f3n debe centrarse de manera a\u00fan m\u00e1s deliberada en las capacidades humanas que siguen siendo decisivas: la comprensi\u00f3n contextual, la interpretaci\u00f3n, el discernimiento \u00e9tico, el pensamiento estrat\u00e9gico, la comunicaci\u00f3n, el establecimiento de prioridades y la responsabilidad. Debemos dise\u00f1ar tareas que requieran explicaci\u00f3n, verificaci\u00f3n, reflexi\u00f3n y responsabilidad. Debemos evaluar no solo los resultados pulidos, sino tambi\u00e9n el razonamiento detr\u00e1s de su producci\u00f3n. Y debemos preparar a los estudiantes no solo para usar herramientas de IA, sino para distinguirse en un mercado laboral moldeado por la IA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe de Anthropic no invita al p\u00e1nico. Invita a la preparaci\u00f3n.
