Devemos esperar mudan\u00e7as n\u00e3o apenas no que ensinamos, mas tamb\u00e9m em como ensinamos?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember560\">Resposta:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember561\">Essa \u00e9 uma pergunta muito importante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember562\">Toda vez que surge uma nova ferramenta, como a Internet ou os computadores pessoais, espero que a educa\u00e7\u00e3o mude drasticamente. Mas, atualmente, nossas salas de aula ainda t\u00eam a mesma apar\u00eancia: um quadro, carteiras e um professor na frente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember563\">O sistema educacional \u00e9 lento para mudar. Um dos principais motivos? Escalabilidade. Estrat\u00e9gias de ensino inovadoras que se alinham melhor com as ferramentas modernas s\u00e3o dif\u00edceis de aplicar em uma classe de 40 alunos. Os professores podem querer inovar, mas nem sempre t\u00eam tempo, estrutura ou recursos para isso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember564\">A IA como uma oportunidade - se permitirmos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember565\">A revolu\u00e7\u00e3o da IA pode ser um ponto de virada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember566\">Os alunos agora t\u00eam ferramentas que podem gerar reda\u00e7\u00f5es e c\u00f3digos. Ent\u00e3o, talvez seja hora de <strong>parar de dar toda a \u00eanfase ao produto final<\/strong> e, em vez disso <strong>concentre-se no pensamento que leva a isso.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember567\">Devemos incentivar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember568\">- Reflex\u00e3o antes da produ\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember569\">- Pensamento vis\u00edvel (perguntas, erros, revis\u00f5es)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember570\">- Loops de feedback (de colegas, professores e ferramentas de IA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember571\">Essa mudan\u00e7a significa valorizar a bagun\u00e7a do aprendizado em vez da perfei\u00e7\u00e3o polida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember572\">Mas h\u00e1 um problema: tempo e press\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember573\">Os alunos n\u00e3o t\u00eam tempo. Eles geralmente trabalham sob press\u00e3o e priorizam a produtividade em detrimento do aprendizado profundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember574\">Elas esperam at\u00e9 o \u00faltimo minuto, abrem a agenda, veem o que deve ser feito amanh\u00e3 e simplesmente o fazem. N\u00e3o \u00e9 que eles n\u00e3o se importem. Elas est\u00e3o equilibrando muitos cursos e responsabilidades. A produtividade se torna sobreviv\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember575\">Por que precisamos de um \"ensino lento\"?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember576\">\u00c9 por isso que os professores devem ajudar os alunos a desacelerar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember577\">Precisamos faz\u00ea-lo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember578\">- Dividir os projetos em etapas menores<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember579\">- Permitir v\u00e1rios rascunhos e envios<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember580\">- Foco em ideias iniciais e imperfeitas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember581\">- Mudar nosso feedback para o processo, n\u00e3o apenas para o produto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember582\">Isso leva tempo. \u00c9 dif\u00edcil. Mas \u00e9 essencial, especialmente agora que as ferramentas de IA podem gerar instantaneamente resultados de apar\u00eancia limpa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember583\">Ser\u00e1 que isso vai acontecer?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember584\">Tenho esperan\u00e7a, mas sou realista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember585\">O sistema ainda enfatiza as notas e o desempenho r\u00e1pido. Ainda ensinamos para testes padronizados, como o exame de conclus\u00e3o de curso de ingl\u00eas, em que os alunos precisam escrever uma reda\u00e7\u00e3o completa em poucas horas. H\u00e1 pouco tempo ou espa\u00e7o para o processo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember586\">Em cinco anos, talvez eu olhe para tr\u00e1s e veja muito pouca mudan\u00e7a.
