Introducing BPSA-Core: Your Downloadable AI Sales Chatbot

At the Business Physics AI Lab, we are actively researching how AI and organizational science can come together to redefine sales effectiveness. One of our most exciting initiatives is the Business Physics Sales Agent Suite (BPSA Suite)—a modular family of AI-powered tools designed to solve real sales challenges using the laws of business behavior: momentum, friction, trust, adaptability, and feedback loops.

As a starting point, we’re piloting the BPSA-Core module—a lightweight, open-source AI Sales Chatbot designed specifically for VPs of Sales and sales teams.

What Is BPSA-Core

BPSA-Core is a downloadable AI chatbot that lives on your laptop—built to help sales leaders and reps move faster, stay focused, and act smarter. It works both online and offline, offering privacy and performance at your fingertips.

Powered by Open Source and Business Physics

BPSA-Core is built using a cutting-edge open-source stack:

  • LangChain or LlamaIndex for agent orchestration
  • LLaMA 2, Mistral, or OpenChat for powerful language generation
  • FAISS or ChromaDB for memory and searchable context
  • Ollama or LM Studio for local on-device model deployment
  • FastAPI to provide a user-friendly, local interface

It’s modular, lightweight, and easy to install. With or without internet access, you can count on it to support you in real time—securely and efficiently.

Simulating the AI Sales SaaS Experience

Within the Business Physics AI Lab, we are simulating the full SaaS rollout of the BPSA Suite, starting with BPSA-Core. Our simulation includes:

  • Measuring sales momentum using time-series data
  • Detecting friction points in communications and deal flow
  • Generating automatic follow-ups, proposals, and action recommendations
  • Testing how offline AI tools can improve sales velocity and rep productivity

This research is not only technological—it’s rooted in organizational behavior modeling. Our goal is to understand how AI can complement human sales agents, reduce cognitive load, and make revenue teams more adaptive.

We are currently inviting a select group of sales professionals to pilot BPSA-Core and participate in shaping its evolution. In future releases, we’ll introduce additional modules such as:
